Today is a beautiful day. It is a day to think about the millions of people who go through depression, day after day. To think about those with addictive behaviors. I just want to say, please write love on your arms today, and if you know anyone who's struggling with suicide, self harm, drugs, or alcoholism, be there for them. The best thing you can do is be there. You needn't talk to them or touch them. Just let them know you care.
